By accessing or using WedgeAura ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and WEDGE Method LLC ("Company," "we," "us").
WedgeAura is a private circle platform that enables trusted groups to share location, messages, social media activity, email glimpses, and payments. The Service is intended for personal, family, and business use within consented circles.
You must: • Be at least 13 years old (or 18 for Business Circle employer features) • Provide accurate, complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account You may not create accounts for others without their express consent, or create multiple accounts to evade restrictions.
You agree NOT to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation • Harass, stalk, threaten, or harm other users • Share location data of others without their consent • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent security measures • Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content • Impersonate other users or entities • Use the Service for unauthorized commercial surveillance Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
Location sharing is strictly opt-in and user-controlled. You may only view the location of users who have explicitly granted you permission. For Business Circles, employers may only track employee location during explicitly consented work hours. Misuse of location features to stalk, harass, or surveil without consent is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offense.
Payment processing is provided by Stripe, Inc. By using payment features, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store card numbers or sensitive payment data. Payments between users are final once completed. Disputes must be raised within 30 days. We are not responsible for disputes between users regarding the underlying transaction.
Employers using Business Circles must: (a) obtain explicit, informed written consent from all employees before enabling tracking, (b) track only during work hours as configured, (c) provide employees access to all collected data on request, (d) comply with all applicable employment and privacy laws including GDPR Article 88 and CCPA. Employees may revoke consent at any time. Employers violating these requirements bear full legal liability.
The WedgeAura name, logo, and all associated software are the property of WEDGE Method LLC. You retain ownership of content you create and share. By sharing content through the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OF LOCATION DATA, TIMELINESS OF MESSAGES, OR AVAILABILITY OF THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS (INSTAGRAM, GMAIL, ETC.).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEDGE METHOD LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR (B) $100 USD. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, conducted in Salt Lake County, Utah. Class action waiver: you may only bring individual claims, not class actions. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in court. This does not apply to IP infringement claims.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability, and Dispute Resolution survive termination. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to personal jurisdiction in Salt Lake County, Utah for any claims not subject to arbitration.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
